MPSRA Spring Championship

Boston Latin and Haverhill High School follow in the 6:01 range, with Lowell, Somerville, Cape Cod Community, and East Bay, Inc rounding out the field.”

The top five boats separated by just over twenty seconds across the Merrimack River course. Boston Latin takes sixth in 5:52.1, while Bromfield Acton Boxborough finishes in 6:27.8.”

Hingham HS and Wayland-Weston follow in fourth and fifth, separated by 0.6 seconds, while Arlington Belmont takes sixth in 6:19.2 and Boston Latin rounds out the field in 6:30.6.”

Boston Latin places third in 5:58.7, 0:06.6 back from the winner. The top three boats finish tightly bunched within 6.6 seconds. Brookline follows in fourth at 6:17.9, with Wayland-Weston fifth at 6:19.3 and Duxbury Bay Maritime School sixth at 6:27.2.”

“Hingham HS takes the Boys 4th Varsity 8+ Final A in 5:45.4, with Wayland-Weston finishing second at +0:17.4. The margin gave Hingham a clear advantage at the line on the Merrimack River.”

“Boston Latin wins the Girls 3rd Varsity eight in 5:54.2, finishing 0:04.1 ahead of Hingham HS. The top three boats remain tightly bunched, with a second Hingham crew placing third in 6:01.2, just 0:07.0 behind the winner. Brookline takes fourth in 6:08.7, followed by Duxbury Bay Maritime School and Wayland-Weston. A third entry from Hingham finishes eighth in 6:37.2, with Bromfield Acton Boxborough in seventh.”
